Description
This ancient spice, originally native to South Asia is used as a flavouring in both food and drink, as cooking spices and as medicine. An indispensible spice in Indian sweets and savoury cooking, cardamom is also used in cakes and cookies in Scandinavian countries. It is one of the main spices used to make Masala Chai.
