TASTING NOTES
It boasts full fruit characteristics of strawberry and cherry with a hint of raspberry and spiciness. A small amount of new oak barrels were used in the ageing process, and Flora Springs combination of French, American and Eastern European barrels to create a pronounced oak characteristic in the wine. The tannis are green-tea and smooth.

TASTING NOTES
The 2006 Napa Valley Chardonnay is a great example of a classic Chardonnay with flavours of peaches, pears and a touch of tropical fruit that is characteristic of Carneros. With just a hint of toasted oak, this Chardonnay is well-balanced with clean finish, making it a delicious food-pairing wine.

Appellation: 3 select growing regions in Napa valley: Oakville, Carneros and Flora Springs Vineyard on the Napa River between Rutherford and St. Helena.

TASTING NOTES
Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley with full, forward, mouth-filling black cherry fruit with cassis and coca. The big, ripe sweet fruit in the front of the mouth moves right across the palate and into a smooth and lingering finish. A nicely balanced wine with oak undertones.

Ageing: 22 months, 30% new French and Eastern European Oak
