Is a selection of olives harvested from the best olive groves in the estate. With extreme care in processing the production cycle from tree, to mill and bottling. The availability of its own processing facilities in Castello di Poppiano allows to utilize all factors contributing to the production of an absolute excellent olive oil such as Laudemio Podere La Costa: early harvest, immediate processing within 24 hours and strictly cold pressing below 27 C (45 F), even though this implies the acceptance of extremely low oil yields (10% to 12% - compared to an average of 17 to 19 % of the weight of the olives).

Olive Tree Varieties: Frantoio 90%, Moraiolo
Acidity: Aprox 0.2%
Colour: Fresh green
Nose: Intensively fruity
Taste: Intense unripe olive, spicy with a slight bitter artichoke taste.
