Select Extra Virigin Olive Oil is produced from the best olives of each vintage. The varieties from which it is made, from the Alentejo's finest olive orchards, undergo cold pressing to yield a genuine, pure, totally unfiltered olive oil. Green in hue, it is cloudy and produces a deposit at the bottom of the bottle. For the true connoisseurs of the original and authentic taste of Virgin Olive Oil. "Herdade do Esporao" vinegar is made from red wine, matured in American oak casks to give it a smooth and velvety texture. Vinegar is a natural product that creates sediment without affecting quality. The glass bottle protects the vinegar, the environment and is a healthy option. Colour: Ruby Aroma: Acetic vinegar with the subtle notes of wood. Palate: Smooth and tasty, with a long final. Type: Made from red wine, matured in oak casks. Process: Continuous system of acetic fermentation, matured in American oak casks for 6 months. Olive Oil / Food Pairing: Ideal for salads, meat, fish and excellent for sauces.
